1. Pick the size of custom illustration that you would like mt to create and then purchase a Custom Home Portrait listing on my Etsy shop.
2. Next, send a photo of the front of the house with the shadows/light that you like.
3. Finally, sit back and relax while I create a wonderful keepsake for you or your loved one.
Things that could make it specially personalized for you... a border, an address, or a family name. Some people prefer the white background and other like the ones with more trees around them. Please specify in notes to seller any requests you have for extra items in the painting.
Most paintings take a week to two weeks to complete and get shipped to you. Please contact me for specifics before you order.
This piece will come unframed, not matted, and signed.
The work is completed using ink, Holbein watercolors and 170gsm cold press watercolor paper.
All sizes come with at least a 1/2 inch-1 inch border on all sides.
